Frequently Asked
Questions
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! We use only gentle, natural ingredients. However, as with any skincare product, we recommend patch-testing if you have extremely sensitive skin.
Are your products only for gymnasts and aerialists?
Not at all! While our formulas were designed with high-performance athletes in mind, anyone with an active lifestyle—or anyone who values natural recovery—can benefit from our balms and body care products.
Are these products made with natural ingredients?
Yes! Aerial Apothecary is committed to using high-quality, natural ingredients known for their effectiveness and skin-friendly properties.
Do you use synthetic fragrances or preservatives?
Never. Our products are crafted with pure essential oils, natural preservatives like Vitamin E, and time-honored botanicals—such as castor oil, apricot kernel oil, and calendula oil—to ensure both effectiveness and safety.
Can I use the Perfect Balance Balm on my face?
Yes! Perfect Balance Balm is amazing for dry patches, lips, and even cuticles—it’s a true all-in-one skin savior.
However, if you have sensitive or acne-prone skin, coconut oil (one of the ingredients) can sometimes clog pores. For facial use, we recommend our Rise Up Face Balm, crafted with lightweight mango butter and specifically formulated for delicate facial skin
